Tea Store Aotearoa will gladly accept returns within 10 days. If there is something wrong with your packet or tin, the packets/tins must be unopened/unused and have an original hologram protection seal on. If you have opened your Tea and something is wrong with the state or taste of it, please return that tea (preferably with its original packaging). Please provide the order number along with your returned product.
A store credit will be issued once the product is returned to us.
