Shipping policy

Tea Store Aotearoa offers FREE shipping within New Zealand for orders over $60.

$7 Flat Rate (Urban), $10 Rural applies for orders valued $59 and under.

Orders will be shipped within 2-3 working days once the payment has been processed.

Orders placed on the weekend or on a New Zealand public holiday will be processed on the next business day.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding New Zealand public holidays.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at tealady.nz@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
