The brewing method is extremely simple:
✅ Pour hot water over the tea at a temperature between 70°C and 80°C.
✅ Brewing time should be 2 to 3 minutes.
You can brew in two ways:
☑️ When brewed for a short time - up to 2 minutes, the infusion will be very refreshing and stimulating.
☑️ When brewing for longer - up to 3 minutes, the infusion will contain less caffeine and its effect will be relaxing.
Brewing for too long will make the infusion bitter in taste , but it will not make it contain more caffeine or be more stimulating.
On the contrary, the tannins that are produced with each passing minute and give it a bitter taste neutralize the effect of theine.
